Responsible for developing and delivering best customer service (CS) training required to continuously enhance people’s CS awareness, knowledge, and skill.

I. Customer Service Trainer (CST) - Bandung

The candidates should posses following requirements:

a. S-1 graduates from reputable universities, any disciplines.
b. Has strong experience in developing and delivering high-impact training program.
c. Fluent with various training & development methods and tools.
d. Likes to teach, share, and develop others.
e. Has a great energy to execute comprehensive training programs.
f. Has a warm, friendly, and positive personality.
g. Analytical and has a logical way of thinking.

II. Mechanic Trainer (MCT) - Bandung

The candidates should posses following requirements:

a. S-1 graduates from reputable universities, major in Mechanical Engineering.
b. Has strong experiences in developing and delivering high-impact training program especially in Automotive.
c. Fluent with various training & development methods and tools.
d. Likes to teach, share, and develop others.
e. Has a great energy to execute comprehensive training programs.
f. Has a warm, friendly, and positive personality.
g. Analytical and has a logical way of thinking.

III. Service Engineer (SE) - Bandung

The candidates should posses following requirements:

a. S1 graduated from reputable universities, any disciplines.
b. GPA >= 3.00.
c. Has a bold experience in similar position min. 2 years.
d. Significant exposure in motorcycle spare parts or consumer goods industry will be an advantage.
e. Has good analytical and comprehensive way of thinking.
f. Has strong willingness to learn.
g. Has strong leadership character.
h. Enjoys dynamic work-environment and frequent traveling.
i. Able to quickly adapt with new situation and able to maintain positive & productive relationship with related parties.

IV. Supply Chain Manager Officer (SCM)

The candidates should posses following requirements:

a. Min. S1 degree, Industrial Engineering.
b. Familiar with Supply Chain Management Concept.
c. GPA >= 3.00
d. Good communication and interpersonal skill.
e. Computer Literate especiall Ms. Office.
f. Good Analytical and logical way of thinking.
g. Strong willingness to learn.
