Biding and Pricing Officer (B&P)
Requirements:
a. Minimum Bachelor Degree, from any discipline from reputable university
b. Min. has 1 year experience
c. Understand procurement & premises banking system and procedure
d.Good command in English (oral and written)
e.Good Communication and interpersonal skill
f. Computer literate
Responsibilities:
a. Support request variance goods from internal customer
b. Analyze requirement detail of goods, make request for quotation, and conduct bidding, clarification & negotiation with vendor
c. Maintain & update SLA monitoring, finishing pending items
d. Responsible to provide RFQ, SLA procurement
e. Maintenance various procurement & premises banking processes
f. Communicate, handling complains & prepare analytical reports of any kind of complain
g. Monitor & track the resolution of complain
