ASSISTANT MANAGER, PLANNING & FORECASTING

Responsibilities:

a. Coordination with Product Management, Global Logistics and local production suppliers to ensure timely and appropriate product delivery/availability.
b. Placing and tracking the orders in the system for both local and international product.
c. Supporting the apparel, footwear and A&G sourcing process to ensure smooth operation and on-time delivery from suppliers to fulfill sales orders.
d. Involved in leasing with the existing / new logistics and production suppliers to ensure on-time and quality delivery.
e. Comply with any reporting requirements from adidas-Group or management.
f. To be an integral part of the planning and implementation process of special events.
g. Coordination with the Sales, Marketing and Production to ensure delivery of the sport marketing / special event / corporate sales needs without disruption of regular Supply Chain or dilution of the company targets (margins & stock turn capitalizing on additional sales opportunity).
h. Overall responsibility for the Ordering Planning, Execution and Monitoring, including continuous improvement of the plan.

Requirements:

a. Min. Bachelor Degree.
b. Min. one year experience in similar position / managerial position and four years experience working in the apparel environment/production functions.
c. Proven experience in product / production planning.
d. Fluent in Bahasa and English.
e. Proficient in the use of computers and MS application software.
